FinChat, a Toronto-based FinTech startup, secured $1.5 million USD in seed funding from Social Leverage (Fund IV) to expand its AI-powered stock research platform. The platform offers a public equity research tool for retail investors and professional portfolio managers, and an API for trading platforms and investment firms. This funding aims to enhance FinChat's capabilities in automating data retrieval and analysis for investment analysts.

Grass Clippings (Fund IV) now offers a fully lit 18-hole golf course for nighttime play, a first in the state of Arizona. The course is illuminated by over 78 LED lights, allowing golfers to play until midnight on weekends and 11 p.m. on weekdays. The redevelopment includes a renovated clubhouse, new dining and entertainment options, and is part of a broader vision to enhance the golfing experience.

Rally (Fund III) democratizes the ownership of rare collectibles by allowing customers to buy shares in items like classic cars, watches, and sports memorabilia. Their SoHo museum-like storefront in Manhattan showcases these items, and shares are priced affordably, often under $50, enabling a wider audience to invest in high-value collectibles.
