In the past, brands created products and culture top-down via centralized media. However, co-creation is now democratizing the creator class and turning fans into creators. Web3 enables this by allowing brands to formalize the co-creation process and reward their communities in turn. This will lead to better products, stronger communities, and a more beautiful flywheel of capitalist consumption.

In their most recent earnings calls, big tech companies discussed their plans for generative AI. Microsoft is the leader in this space, having invested $10B+ in OpenAI and striking an exclusive partnership with them to be their cloud provider. Azure seems best positioned to benefit from this wave of foundation models, as customers select their cloud providers and invest in new workloads.

Kustomer, an omnichannel customer experience platform, announced that it will become a standalone company. The company was previously acquired by Facebook for $1B, but will now operate independently. Kustomer's platform helps businesses provide better customer service by providing a unified view of the customer across all channels. Social Leverage were early seed investors (Fund II).
