The history of internet applications has seen a continuous evolution, from websites in the 2000s to mobile apps in the 2010s. We are now on the verge of a new phase: AI agents. AI agents will enable widespread availability to services that were once exclusive to the privileged few, such as personal assistants, therapists, and content creators. Grass Clippings (Fund IV), a Phoenix-based golf brand, has assumed operations of Tempe's Rolling Hills Golf Course, now known as Grass Clippings at Rolling Hills. The company plans to do a full renovation adding course lighting throughout. With the renovations expected to be completed in early 2024, Grass Clippings will reimagine the future of team ownership and high stakes par 3 tournaments. 

In the past thirty years, each major technological wave has evolved into a series of technologies that have created a valuable ecosystem over time.
